Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your appointment or class.

For classes, your fee is fully refunded if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your you will receive a refund of 75% of the total. Alternatively you may reschedule to a future class with a 10% admin fee.

Breastfeeding appointments are generally paid for on the day or 1st visit where applicable. No cancellation fee currently applies and these appointments come with more flexibility.
