Aromatherapy for Labour & Birth

Join me for a beautiful 90 minute aromatherapy workshop and learn how to use essential oils throughout your pregnancy, labour and postnatally. You will be amazed at the benefits and the various ways of using and combining different oils to help with everything from nausea to pain management and so much more!

Fee includes your own products to take home.

The essential oils used on the day are lavender, lemon, mandarin, peppermint, spearmint and frankincense, alongside sunflower & coconut as our carrier oils. This workshop is not suitable for anyone with allergies or sensitivities to any of the above.
