Small class sizes, and a central accesible location in the heart of Mullingar. Baby yoga is a lovely way to meet other new parents in a warm and friendly environment.

Baby Yoga is a great way to strengthen your bond with your baby, aid digestion, encourage hand eye coordination, and promote language development.
