This interactive and engaging class involves gentle sttetches, massage, and interactive movements designed to promote relaxation, sensory stimulation, and developmental milestones in infants. Baby yoga aids in promoting balance, coordination, and body awareness while strengthening muscles and improving sleep patterns. 

Fee covers baby and one parent.
