Birth Plan Workshop

The most important aspect of your birth plan is the thought process and knowledge behind your decisions and having the right information at hand. In this workshop we discuss the most common topics that I see on birth plans; understanding the risk & benefits, how to make decisions, how to prepare your plan, and setting expectations for your birth experience.

I strongly advise taking along your partner / birth partner/ friend or family member to all my classes - no extra charge!
