C.Section Prep Class

This c.section class is perfect for anyone who's planning an elective caesarean, but also for anyone who is anxious about having an emergency caesarean in labour. Knowing what to expect will hopefully take some of that worry away. We will go through everything from your pre-op appointment to recovery and everything in between. If you are anxious about having a cesarean section, planned or not, this can really help prepare you for the days and weeks ahead.
