Designed to help you adapt to parenthood and manage the fourth trimester.

Post birth recovery & maternal health and wellbeing, caring for your baby, normal newborn behaviours, safe sleep, safe Formula Preparation, breastfeeding basics, infant development, safety in the home, bathing your baby, adapting to parenthood, managing expectations, and when to seek additional support eg perinatal mental health team, lactation consultant.

I strongly advise taking along your partner / birth partner/ friend or family member to all my classes - no extra charge!
