Labour & Birth Class

This class is what most people would associate with a typical antenatal class. We discuss how your body prepares to give birth in the final weeks and days of pregnancy, and the changes that you may or may not notice as your body prepares for labour. You will learn about signs of labour & what do when labour begins. We'll talk about what to expect on the labour ward, pain relief options , decision making in labour, birthing your baby and the golden hour.

I strongly advise taking along your partner / birth partner / friend or family member to all my classes - no extra charge!
